An LSE alumnus named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe 2025 list, he brings the commercial instinct and entrepreneurial drive to scale green chemistry from the lab to global industry.
Ash is a UC Berkeley PhD, who spent over a decade scaling deep tech at start ups Sila and Northvolt before bringing that expertise to the challenge of making Nylon recycling a global industrial reality.
Former CEO of Axens, École Polytechnique alumnus, and Prix Chaptal laureate, Jean brings decades of experience in industrial chemistry and process scale-up to Syntetica’s next stage of growth.
